This recipe is our challenge for this month, Walima club, which

I am a part of (if you want to join our club, you are welcome to).

It is a recipe from Kuwait, it has been proposed by our friend Arlette ,

she took us to Kuwait to make us discover this beautiful country

which is bordered by Saudi Arabia to the south and Iraq to the north

 and west.

Arlette gave us two choices, one is "Kuwaiti chicken mechbous ",

the second one is "Cardamom Sponge Cake".
I chose the first recipe because I love chicken and rice.
I moderated a lot of the recipe, I added spices that I divided into two,

a part for the rice and the other part is for the chicken.
I advise you to try it, this chicken and this rice has a magnificent

flavor with the different spices, a true happiness.

I present you a very simple dish, made with meat,

vegetablesand spices. You can serve it hot with

potatoes, green vegetables

or cold with salad.
