Lemon bars

Lemon bars are the easiest of all to make.

Just spread the dough in a pan and bake,

then cut the cookies to size, as big or as

1 3/4 cups flour

3.4 oz butter

1 1/4 cups sugar

1/4 tsp salt

juice of 6 lemons

1/2 cup sour cream
