  Today, it is a simple recipe and doesn't

ask for too much time or ingredients.

The dough obtained by fermentation gives

a light texture, a fine, soft brioche that is  

delicious for the kids and adults.

 I prepared small Prisian brioches and one

big brioche to show you that with the same dough,

we can make brioches with various forms

( As I often make in my recipes).

 It is very important to let the dough rise a few 

hours, or even better let it rise until the next day.

I always wanted to try to make a chocolate cheese cake just to please my family, because personally I am not a fan of cakes. I stumbled onto this recipe in one of my American cookbooks, I liked that the method to make the cake was simple yet flavorful, however, I changed it to add my own personal touch. So I want to share it with you and I hope that you like it as well as I did.
