Cheese Bread

Today I share with you a recipe of cheese bread using cheddar cheese, a good and moist bread that is very delicious: I made this fresh bread with a big pleasure to my family, because at first, everybody liked it, because it does not ask for molding or for forming.

I'll let you watch the video to see that it is an easy bread to make.

Moroccan Semolina Bread

This bread is the most popular bread in Morocco,
I added extra flavors like caraway seeds, but
you can leave it plain if you like.


It used to be that not everyone had their own
oven, everyone went to a local public oven to bake
the bread. They were located in every neighborhood.
Nowadays however, most people have their own
oven and these public ovens are becoming very rare.

Fougasse with Sun Dried Tomato

Fougasse is typical bread from southern France made
 
with herbs  de Provence include marjoram, oregano,
 
thyme and tarragon, it gives
the bread a nice scent.
   
 
I changed a little bit of the flavor by adding
 
sun dried tomatoes,  at the end I sprinkled it with
 
some cheese. The result is magnificent.
