Today I present you a tart, it is a brioche stuffed with cream,

 

you can form it as a big tart, or in small forms of brioches.
   

I sprinkled it with granulated sugar, you can also sprinkle it

 

with pearl sugar.

Lemon Tartlets

At the request of one of my subscriber in you tube, I prepared these
 
lemon tartlets (for the first time). I admit that I was not satisfied by the
 
"look" at the time of taking them out of the oven, I always have this
 
image of meringue which remains fluffy after cooking.
When I ate the first one, honestly, I went to the second, I did not want the
 
taste of lemon to leave my mouth. They have a magnificent taste.

In this recipe I used 3 different cheeses:
 
Cottage cheese, skim cheese and sour cream

It is a beautiful cheesecake,

It is perfect in its simplicity, a perfect cake

for ceremonies and receptions.

For the cake base, use the cake Graham

this is the best for this recipe, I just do not know if

    you will find in Europe or Africa,

    we sell it here in the USA, if you do not find it,

replace it with a neutral cake (which does not have much flavor).
