In Morocco, Snails are sold in markets and by
street vendors in every city and town, one of my favorite places to see them is at Jemaa Lefna in Marrakech as you can see in my pictures.

I know that for some of you, this recipe seems a little
strange but I assure you that, for us Moroccans,
it is a "Moroccan"delicassy.
The recipe is prepared by my dear mother, for me personally, although I like eating
snails, I have never had the opportunity
to prepare them, to tell the truth, I did not
know how
to prepare them

I know it seems rather a unusual dish, but it's something I know
from home. The ingredients are not as hard to find as you think,
I found the hooves in a local Arabic store.
If you don't like white beans, you can substitute them with
chickpeas and raisins like I did with my recipe of Sheep Legs.
