Honeycomb bread (khaliat al nahl) is a popular Arabic

bread usually stuffed with cheese and covered with a sugar

syrup, you can also stuff it with jam, nutella chocolate or

even the paste of dates. An airy texture, soft light and delicious.

To have a good result, it is necessary to drizzle the brioche

with the syrup while it is still hot.
