A delicious moroccan recipe with the combination
of almond flavor and honey good for ceremonies.

-1 2/3 poached almonds
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 tsp zest of orange
-1 tsp orange blossom
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-4 Tbspmelted butter
-1/2 pound fillo dough
-1 egg yolk
-1 Tbsp melted butter
Mix almonds,sugar,zest,orange blossom,vanilla extract,
melted butter in a mixer until all the ingredients are incorporated,form a balls with the
Fold the fillo dough into 4,cut in a round shape.
Take one fillo,spread it with melted butter.
Place the ball in the center,brush the outline with
egg yolk, fold to form a flower.
Place them on a sheet covered with parchment paper.
Put in a preheated oven 325 Fahrenheit,15 min.
Dip in warm honey,let drain.
