Harcha is popular in Morocco, it's served warm at tea time

and breakfast, with jam, cheese or honey and melted butter.
The recipes for harcha vary from family to family.

This one is made with semolina and flour,

it's very easy to prepare.

I made your recent Hercha semolina bread this morning and served it with Labne (Keffir Cheese) Butter and Strawberry preserves.
They all tasted great, even though my efforts never look as perfect as yours.

La raison doit être que j'ai fait peindre un beau sous-chef comme vous avez.
