This is a very easy jam, it 's almost the same procedure used
to prepare other jams, I added lemon and orange, this gave
a delicious fresh taste that everybody liked.

I have never even thought of pumpkin jam but I do love pumppkin so enchallah I will try this Sabah machallah!

in Lebanon we do our pumpkin jam cubes and we soak them in garden lime powder water for 12 hours, then we wash them real good and cook them, they turn crunchy desserts, and sometimes i add to the mix pineapple chunks as well, never tried your recipe with the citrus flavour should be awesome.. thanks my friend for sharing

I dont use pectin in my jam .
