Kochari video/ كشري

Our friend Chahira from Walima club gave us two challenges

for this months' competition, Basboussa and Kochari.
We only have to do one recipe, I originally decided to do Basboussa.

I have never made kochari and I was curious about it, I saw it in a lot of egyptian movies.
Even though I didn't have enough time, I put other recipes aside

to do this.
