Beautiful recipe and beautifully done. Looks delicious. I make your first apple crepes almost every week, absolutely delicious. Thank you.

I will definitely make this recipe also.

But before I make this one, can you please tell me if you let the batter sit in the refrigerator or on the counter at room temperature.
