I present you a version of Baklawa, which is called "Bakla"

in Morocco. It's an old recipe that Moroccans prepare to please

their guests, like Pastilla, it's a dish reserved for the celebrations

and big days.

Je retire ce que j ai dit, il s agit de 150 gr de sucre ! je n ai pas vu que vous l aviez re-mentionne ensuite :)

J aimerais essayer la recette, simplement, on ne voit pas la quantite de sucre ni le type de sucre etant donne que l information a ete retranscrite en blanc ...sur le sucre qui lui aussi est tt
blanc ! :))

I am going to try your version this time... I did get a recipe from the net and tried it couple of years ago...I like the semsum on top ....
