The chicken, potato and olive tagine is a
classic Moroccan recipe. I added beside the common
spices, a small touch of mace and cardamon
which gave a special additional flavor
to this delicious recipe.

Eh bien je te conseille d'essayer cette recette avec ces deux épices, c'est délicieux tu verras.
I found your website through searching youtube for tajine recipes. I do not have a tajine and I think it is very difficult to find one in Brazil, but I intend to try a few of your recipes in a regular pan.
One thing that called my attention is that you make abundant use of several spices (turmeric, cardamome, saffron etc) together. This is something that is not frequent in our cuisine (Brazil do have spicy recipes, most of them involving different types of pepper), but we are a bit timid in mixing them up as you show here. I think this is fascinating and I will try this recipe with olives and potatos this weekend.
I would like to know if it would be OK let the chicken marinate overnight, as I intend to cook this dish on Sunday, but would also like to let a few things ready in advance.
Also, we do not have mace here - would you suggest a replacement of I should just leave it out?
Sorry to ask so many questions but I want to do it right.
