My husband was on vacation visting his sister, he brought me multiple things; walnuts, lemons, grenadines, pears and a big bouquet of
( Regretably I was not able to travel with him because
of my leg).
As soon as I saw the Rutabagas, I thought of a good couscous and a delicious tagine that I used to eat in Morocco at my mother's house.
I began with a tagine, I just added a few potatoes to give a well-balanced taste, knowing that the flavor of Rutabagas is a little bit bitter.
