Snails the moroccan way

  In Morocco, Snails are sold in markets and by street vendors in every city and town, one of my favorite places to see them is at Jemaa Lefna in Marrakech as you can see in my pictures.

I know that for some of you, this recipe seems a little

strange but I assure you that, for us Moroccans,

it is a "Moroccan"delicassy.
 

The recipe is prepared by my dear mother, for me personally, although I like eating snails, I have never had the opportunity

to prepare them, to tell the truth, I did not know how

to prepare them .
