I prepared two Valentin's
Heart Cakes,
one for my family and one
for
my colleagues at work.
I baked the same sponge
cake that I used for
my "Butterfly Cake" I've already posted,
the same cream and the same frosting.
The result is excellent: a great sponge
cake,
with an extraordinary flavor of white
chocolate
that I used to prepare the syrup.
I added a little bit of tartare
powder into
the egg white to keep its shape .
It is very important to sift
the flour,
if possible (2-3 times)
which gives a large and airy
cake.
I used a mold heart,
but of course you
can use any other mold.
As I always say, regarding
the decoration,
work with what you have at
home.
