I would like to share with you a pastilla recipe, the fillo dough is homemade, this is especially helpful for those who have difficulties finding the pastilla sheets, they can make them at home.
 I stuffed it with ground meat, chinese vermicelli, mushrooms,
red pepper and spices.

I never get enough of Tagines, I prepare them almost all the time, I like the flavor and they are very easy to prepare.They are perfect for inventing new salty and sweet recipes.
   
If you do not own a Tagine, you can prepare
these tagine recipes in a normal pot, it will give
you a similar result.
     
The recipe I offer you today is a lamb tajine,
with artichokes, peas and fava beans.

Eid Al Adha recipes, I will try to post 
these videos on priority.
As you probably noticed, I post
3-4 recipes each day (whenever it's possible).

Sachertorte is a chocolate cake, invented by
Franz Sacher in 1832 for Klemens Wenzel von Metternich in Vienna, Austria. It is one of
the most famous Viennese culinary specialties.(According to Wikipedia).

cake during the month of Ramadan, but honestly, 
as you all know, during the month of Ramadan,
we hardly have time. Anyway,
who eats a birthday cake during
 the month of Ramadan? not me anyways

forgot the request that he made but regrettably,
he demanded it to me  almost every day

and Round Zucchinis, an easy and delicious recipe

unfortunatly we do not always have the opportuniity

to eat this vegtable.

with couscous in milk Adish that

my mother used to prepare for us in Morocco, 

it was my father's favorite dish (allah yrehmo).

 I began cooking chicken with spices,

I added to it round zucchinis, after cooking,

I removed chicken and round zucchinis, I let rice 

cook in the same sauce.
