 I present you a Brioche stuffed with chocolate; a nice treat

especially for my daughter (3 y) who LOVES chocolate and

of course for the whole family.

I cut the dough into 3 pieces, I stuffed one Brioche with Chocolate

Caramel candies such as Snickers or Milky Way candy bars, etc. 

And because I did not have enough Chocolate at home,

I decided to stuff the other Brioches with Cream Cheese,

which was the perfect brioche for me ( because I am not a big

fan of chocolate ).

 INGREDIENTS :

 

*6 to 6-1/2 cups flour

*1/3 cup sugar

*2 tbs yeast

*1 tsp salt

*2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream

*1/2 cup water

*1/4 cup butter, cubed

*2 eggs

*Snickers or Milky Way candy bars

 

 

 

*1 egg white

*1 tbs water

 STEPS :

 

Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

Heat sour cream, water and butter, add to flour mixture.

beat for 2 min. Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour, beat 2 min.

Stir in enough flour to form a soft dough.

Turn onto floured surface, knead until smooth, about 6-8min.

Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.

Cover and let rise until doubled- about 1 h.

Punch the dough down, and divide into thirds. On a greased baking sheet, roll out one portion into a 16-in x 10 in. rectangle.

 Place 16 candy bars lengthwise in two rows down the center.

On each long side, cut 1-in.-wide strips into the center to within

1/2 in. of candy bars. Starting at one end, fold alternating strips at

an angle across candy bars. Pinch ends to seal and tuck under.

Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 h.

Beat egg white and water, brush over braids.

Bake at 375 F for 15-20 min or until golden brown.

 Remove from pans to cool.

Today I share with you a recipe of cheese bread using cheddar cheese, a good and moist bread that is very delicious: I made this fresh bread with a big pleasure to my family, because at first, everybody liked it, because it does not ask for molding or for forming.

(do not worry, I will go back to them soon), I present you

today a light, very tasty and perfect recipe for summer.

Beef Ribs and grilled vegetables, you can add any

vegetable you wish, such as zucchini, and red or

yellow pepper.

Although I am not a chocoholick, I sometimes make small

recipes based of chocolate not to be selfish and to please

my family. I have to say to you something, as most of you

know, I have a boy and a girl.

My son is like me, he doen't eat much chocolate. Whereas

the small mouse (soon turning 3 years old), if it was her choice,

she would have chocolate for all her meals in the morning and evening, she NEVER says no when it comes to chocolate.

You know, the first word she pronounced, is "Chocolate"

even before saying "Mom" .

The second word, was "Chocolate Cookies".

 

Don't be surprised if you find on my blog " Chicken with chocolate sauce " or " Potatoes stuffed with chocolate ",

who knows??? Lol .

I prepared this cake to celebrate with you my 200th published

recipe, I thank you warmly for your comments and your

encouragements because of these I arrived at my 200th recipe,

for the future I promise you more simple and delicious recipes.

 

This is a cake made up of three sponge cakes, actually it's a single

dough divided into three equivalent molds, that gave 3 sponge

cakes, cut in two, so six layers of cake. I stuffed them with two

different stuffings:

 * jam mixed with canned fruits in this case

apricot and pineapple.

*cream with chocolate and instant coffee.

Before presenting you my current recipe, let me thank you for

your encouragements and for your support, you really cheered

me up when I was totally down.

Thank you for your loyalty. For my blogger friends, I apologize

to you because I do not visit you regularly, because it is due to the lack of time, but I promise you I will as soon as I get time and would also like to thank you personally.

I want you to know that it is your friendship which binds me to

these blogs,God bless you.

 

 

The current recipe is an easy one that has a nice flavor created by

the lemon mixed with mustard. I grilled the chicken then I cooked it

in the same sauce where it was marinaded for a few hours.

To serve with steamed rice and green salad.
