recette d'anneaux d'oignons

Recipe onion rings - دوائر البصل المقلي

To make delicious crispy onion rings at home. It's simple

and fast, you can serve them with any sauce, tomato sauce or

white sauce. These onion rings are very known and loved here in USA.

They are served as a snack or as a side dish with a main course.

There are different ways to prepare them, I have chosen 

a very simple method and very classic.

A tip to remember: if you do not have breadcrumbs, bake

slightly homemade bread in the oven, grind to get homemade

breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

2-3 onions

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

2 Tbsp instant mashed potatoes

2/3 cup soda water

10-11 oz bread crumbs

salt

oil for frying

After the homemade mille feuille recipe, which is a french

dessert that usually consists in 3 layers of thin puff pastry

with pastry cream between, here is the  small puff dessert

recipe stuffed with cream called mousseline cream

which is a custard and butter. It is perfect to garnish the

cake  rolls, Paris Brest, desserts and individual cakes.

2 egg yolks 

2 Tbsp corn starch

Here is the recipe for cheesecake brownie, one of the best and
famous cakes here in America. It is soft and perfect for a coffee
break. You can add some hazelnuts or pecans if desired.
One tip, do not over cook, the cake should be soft inside.
Ingredients

3/4 cup butter

4 oz unsweetened chocolate

4 oz semisweet chocolate

10 oz sugar

6 eggs

2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups flour

3/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

 This tres leches cake is a traditional dessert

generally of Venezuela, Mexico and of Central America . It is a cake dipped into three

Various milk: whole milk (or cream),

Sweetened condensed milk and the sweet

condensed milk.

   It is the second time that I prepare this cake.

The first time, I prepared it a few months ago

but I forgot completely to film the recipe, until I began to taste the result, but it was too late. I have decided to do it again, first because my family oved it, second because I want to share with you these delicious recipe on video.

The tres leches cake is very delicious, it is

excellent with the flavor of three milk,

it leaves the mouth dancing of enjoyment.

  To have a good result, it is necessary to leave

the cake dipped into three milk minimum 4 hours,

rather a whole night (for me).

and sweet condensed milk above.

(if you can resist, if not 4 hours are enough).

oil in the world and it's renowned

for its anti cancer properties.

Amlou is a chunky paste which some people have

compared to tahini or peanut butter. It is made with

argan oil, almonds or peanuts, and sometimes

honey or sugar.

  
 



 In Essaouira, a very labor intensive process,

performed primarily by Moroccan women, is required

to shell and crush the fruits prior to pressing the Argane oil.

I love Tagines !

They remind me of Morocco, when we travel from

onecity to the next, we have breaks in cafes and restaurants

which are everywhere on the roads of Morocco, they offer all

kinds of Moroccan specialties : tagines, couscous, mechoui

( grilled meat), Moroccan tea with mint...

 

I present you one of several varieties of Moroccan

tagines today. A tagine of meat ( you can use beef, lamb,

or chicken ), prepared with squash called Slaoui.
