Today I present you a tart, it is a brioche stuffed with cream,
you can form it as a big tart, or in small forms of brioches.
I sprinkled it with granulated sugar, you can also
sprinkle it with pearl sugar.

Today, I would like to share with you a different forms
of Brioches that were made from the same dough,
I stuffed them with jam, some of them are filled
and some of them are drizzled with cream cheese.

Today , I want to share with you a slightly sweet
yeast dough filled with plums and walnuts.
You can replace the plums with the same amount
of dried apricots, you don't need to cook them,
just soak them in hot water.

Here is a delicious dessert that with it 's zesty
orange taste brings a little bit of sunshine to your home.
An easy, delicious desert, like the one that you
see in the supermarket, but a thousand times better .
Here is the recipe for a sponge cake,
quick and easy to prepare, it will

You can add different flavors such as
lemon zest, cinnamon,
water or orange blossom.

has a special texture; air and dimpled.

called "Cream Tartar."
The tartar cream is added to recipes for three reasons:
1 - Stabilizing egg whites when whipping
to get a meringue that does not fall.
2 - Helping to raise either bread or biscuits
especially when added to baking soda.
3 - Having a creamy frosting
(it prevents sugar from crystallizing).

This recipe is so far my longest video yet. I split this project
into two days, although you can easily make it in one.
The first day, I made the eclairs and the puffs using Chantilly
cream, the second day I made different eclairs and puffs with
icing, custard and chocolate.
This recipe can be used in any occasion, make sure to make
enough swans or other shapes especially if you have kids
( my swans didn't live enough to make it from my kitchen
to the table).
I always wanted to try to make a chocolate cheese cake
just to please my family, because personally
I am not a fan of cakes. I stumbled onto
this recipe in one of my American cookbooks,
I liked that the method to make the cake
was simple yet flavorful, however, I changed it
to add my own personal touch. So I want to share
it with you and I hope that you like it as well as I did.
