Pumpkin cupcake recipe
It's a pumpkin cupcake recipe, super fluffy muffins,
with a very pleasant flavor of spices added to the pumpkin puree
(homemade or canned puree), cinnamon and ginger, stuffed
with unsweetened cream cheese mixture. Easy muffins
you can prepare at any time with or for your children.

Ingredients pumpkin cupcakes
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
Cream Cheese Filling:
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
