Tajine with mussels
Here's another version of tajine with mussels, this time it is
a recipe presented by Adil my nephew, the recipe was filmed
during my stay last summer in Morocco.
Adil shows you how to prepare a charmoula,
which is a Moroccan sauce often used to marinate
fish and seafood in Morocco. This tagine is very special
because it is slow cooked on charcoal, to give a
pleasant flavor to this traditional dish.
