2 Tbsp veg oil

2 Tbsp flour

Stuffing

3 mashed potatoes

1 Tbsp veg oil

2 onions

16 oz ground beef

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp paprika

3 pieces of filo pastry

1 egg yolk

sesame seeds

nigella seeds

Qatayef
Atayef or Atayef is a Syrian pastry
dough stuffed with cream crepe, pistachios or walnuts.
This is a special dessert served especially during Ramadan.

 

Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 cup fine semolina

1/2 tsp yeast

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

2 1/2 cups water

 

Cream

1 cup milk

3 tbsp corn starch

1 tbsp sugar

1 cup ricotta cheese

3 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp orange blossom water

or 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

 

قطايف

١٤٠ غرام دقيق

١٨٥ غرام سميد رقيق

نصف ملعقة صغيرة خميرة الخبز

ملعقة صغيرة خميرة كيماوية

ملعقتين صغيرتين سكر

ربع ملعقة صغيرة ملح

٥٩٣ ملل ماء

 

كريما

٢٣٧ ملل حليب

٣ ملاعق كبار نشا

ملعقة كبيرة سكر

٢٤٠ غرام جبن ريكوطا

٣ ملاعق كبار زبدة مدابة

ملعقة صغيرة ماء الزهر

او ملعقة صغيرة فانيلا

After the shrimp stuffed msemen recipe that I posted before,
here is a new msemen recipe with shrimp, but this time it
is very different than the first, especially the dough which can 
be  used as basis of all msemen or meloui recipes. A recipe 
that could  help you a lot during the month of Ramadan.

10 oz fine semolina

3 oz flour

salt

1 egg

water

1/4 cup veg oil

4 Tbsp butter

 

 

Ingredients of the stuffing

1 Tbs veg oil

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp fresh ginger

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp lemon juice

9 oz shrimp

6.75oz rice noodles 

1 onion

1 red pepper

How to prepare meloui or rghayef, a moroccan pancakes.

Meloui are moroccan pancakes that are served especially

on breakfast.They are a little bit different than msemen.

meloui with different methods, this time I present 

a recipe a little bit different from the preceeding.

meloui are preparing by a member of my family.

the dough, let it rest 10 minutes, knead it

this time I am posting a small harcha with milk, easy, fast and delicious.

My brother requested it when we were in

Morocco, so I took advantage to film and share it with you.
