Manicotti is basically a large pasta tube that you can
stuff with many yummy things. You can stuff it with
meat, chicken, veggies or cheeses.
I stuffed the manicottis with ground meat and
leftover veggies from my fridge.

tuna fish, vegetables, olives, flavored with
olive oil and mayonnaise.The thing that is nice
about this salad is that you really use what
you have on hand.

I personally prefer to eat round zucchinis like this
with couscous in milk Adish that
my mother used to prepare for us in Morocco,
it was my father's favorite dish (allah yrehmo).
I will post the recipe of "Couscous with milk" in the future.
I began cooking chicken with spices,
I added to it round zucchinis, after cooking,
I removed chicken and round zucchinis, I let rice
cook in the same sauce.
Which gave a complete, well spiced and delicious dish.

I present you a recipe of stuffed zucchinis and stuffed
grape leaves. I learned to prepare them in Germany.
I ate this delight at a Syrian friend's house for the 1st time,
I liked it a lot, I asked her immediately for the recipe.
Since then, my family does not stop demanding it,
I enjoy preparing this dish for them because I like it too.
I covered the pot with the slices of potatoes and carrots,
I added the meat (already cooked for 20 min in the sauce),
I placed the grape leaves and stuffed zucchinis at the top
and covered the whole thing with the sauce... A real delight.
