You don't have to be a skilled baker to make this cake.
Just follow the simple recipe, and the ingredients will provide
you a moist and flavorful homemade carrot cake.

I prepared this Lemon Birthday Cake for two occasions:
To celebrate my birthday and the anniversary of my blogs.
It's always a great pleasure to share with you my simple recipes.
To tell you the truth I had not planned such succes at the
beginning, because of you I continue to do what I do, I thank every
person who took time to write me a small message, to read your
comments always pleases me, thanks to the visitors who encourage
me and support me, you really give me the strength especially
when I don't feel like blogging anymore. I also thank
my visitors who send me
pictures of recipes that they've tried.
And the reason I continue... it is for people who that
I know deep inside of me, that they are out there
somewhere waiting for new recipes.
So thank you very much.
It is very important to point out that this cake is too big,
because of the sponge cake, as I have already
mentioned it in the video,
I don't have a mould of 12 in, so I used a
mould of 10 in, which gave 2 big sponge cakes of height.
I layered both sponge cakes with a lemon syrup,
then with a Lemon Curd.
I then layered then both sponge cakes with a cream
made with white chocolate and cream cheese.
Because I always receive questions regarding which
cream cheese I use, so I am taking the opportunity
to post you a picture of the cheese which I often use in
my cakes, you can use this cream cheese
(for those who live in the USA) or Philadelphia
(those who live in Europe or other countries).

Why it' is different??
Before, in my other recipes,
sometimes I added a syrup just before stuffing
the cake with cream, in order to have a soft cake.
but this time, I didn't have to
because the cake was already soft just after
cooled down, it had an extraordinary texture.
This is exactly what I was looking for.
What is the secret ingredient that makes this cake very soft ?
Well the secret is the sour cream, in Frensh
"crème aigre", in Arabic " القشدة الطرية "al 9echda Atariya".
It must be added to the cake batter,
of course respect the amount:
To decorate the birthday cake,
as you can see on the video,
my daughter Jenna-Aicha decorated it on her own way,
with cream chatilly and maraschino cherries,
I prefer to decorate it with white chocolate and fresh cherries.
Add the cream of Tartar to the egg white,
it is a white powder that allows the eggwhite
keep its whipped shape

Strawberry Cheese Cake
Before presenting you the recipe, let me inform you
that this is the first time that I present you the recipe
in person on the video, I completely changed the look
of my videos.
I invite you to watch the video at the end of
the article, and of course tell me your opinion.
The recipe of Strawberry Cheese Cake is a very simple recipe.
You just need to respect the steps and
the amount of the ingredients.
You can replace Mascsarpone cheese
or Ricotta with Kiri cheese.
It's very important to let the cheese cake
rest after every step.
I used "lady fingers",
but you can use any other cookies
that are similar to lady fingers.
I posted this picture to give you an idea
how the cookies should look like.
You can also replace strawberries with
other fruit like blueberries.
Let the cake in the fridge at least
4 hours before serving.
I choose to decorate the cheese cake with
white chocolate but of course you can
add your own touch.
