Coconut crescent cookie is a moroccan cookie dipped in
coconut once baked, we serve them with a frensh Moroccan
mint tea. Another similar recipe is already posted on the site.
I used my hands in this recipe to show you that
these cookies are easy to prepare even without machine.

Ghoriba or ghribia are Moroccan cookies
traditionally served with mint tea. I presented earlier
ghriba with almond, ghriba with coconut, ghriba with raisins
or economic ghriba which is with flour and oil.
Today I present you another version of ghriba, delicious
Moroccan cookies with nuts and almonds.
Remember to add baking powder at the end in order to have
nicely cracked Ghribas as I recommend on the video.

Traditional Moroccan kitchen includes a flavorful
sweet rolls called Krachel, typically flavored
with anise and sesame seeds. Moroccan food
recipes tend to vary from family to family
when making Krachel, preferences for using
oil instead of butter, water instead of milk,

Cookies are one of the fastest and easiest things
to make. Generally they are a simple combination
of all-purpose flour, butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder/soda and flavorings.
They are eaten any time of the day ,coffee breaks, as a snack,for dessert, and even given as a
welcoming gift. This is one of my mother's recipe.
