Mozzarella sticks

Mozzarella sticks recipe
 

These fried cheese sticks are very easy to prepare and sooo good. 

One at a time, coat each mozzarella stick in the flour mixture, then

the egg mixture, then in the bread crumbs and finally into the oil.

16 oz mozzarella cheese

2 eggs

1 cup milk

salt & pepper

1 cup flour

2 Tbsp fine semolina

oregano, basil, red pepper
